Rip van waffles are simple ingredient snacks with a crispy and chewy texture. They are made of two crispy waffle layers and real ingredient filling. Popular in Europe, these snacks are traditionally heated over a cup of hot coffee or tea. They taste equally good on their own or topped with nut butter or yogurt for breakfast.
