Our unisex CopperVibe Gloves are designed to fit average sized hands measuring 6.5” around the palm. They are designed to stretch, but if your palms measure over 6.5”, the glove may not fit or be too tight. If you have small hands, the glove may be too loose to be effective.
• SAFETY NOTICE FOR HEAT: Our gloves are tested and certified by a globally accredited testing laboratory, including rigorous evaluations of the integrated heating patch, and have successfully met all applicable safety standards. If, at any time during use, the heat is excessive or unsuitable for your personal comfort, discontinue use immediately and contact us for further assistance. This product is designed for safe and comfortable use. You should not experience any discomfort while wearing it.
• HEATING INFORMATION – CopperVibe Gloves deliver heat mainly to the back of the hands, creating a warming sensation throughout. This area may feel warmer than the rest of the glove. They are tested and certified to reach about 113°F (45°C). Perception of warmth may vary—some may find it too hot or not warm enough. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund in line with our return policy.
• CHARGING ISSUES - If the gloves have issues charging, please follow these steps 1. Keep the gloves in a warm area before use, as cold temperatures may affect battery performance. 2. Charge the gloves for the recommended time of 1 hour & 30 minutes before turning them on. 3. Note that the charging indicator light may take a few minutes to start blinking—please keep the charger connected during this time. 4. Avoid overnight charging, as it may harm the battery or affect product performance
• SAFETY, FIT, & QUALITY - If you feel discomfort, stop use immediately. These gloves have a 30 minute auto timer for safety and provide gentle compression depending on your hand size. The width of the gloves at the middle is 6.5”. The heat is centered on the back of the hand and distributed through the glove. Vibration goes through the wrist, fingers, palm, and back of hand. If you have problems charging the gloves or feel that the product has been previously used, contact our customer service.
